Acpi Smo8800 1 Dell Windows 10

Your help will be much appreciated. After re-installing windows 7, I downloaded all of the drivers, and when entering Device manager to see if all is fine, I saw that one of them is labeled as 'Unknown Device' (under Other Devices). I was looking for instrctions in the support sections of Dell's website, and found this link =, which seemed like exactly what I was looking for.

The problem is that under # 7 it reads: '7. In the Properties window click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id from the drop down ' BUT - I dont have 'Device instance Id' on my dropdown.

This is how my dropdown looks. As you can (hopefully) see, no 'Device instance Id'. Furthermore, step 9 of this link reads: ' 9. We only need to isolate the Vendor ID number (prefixed with VEN) and the Device ID number (prefixed with DEV). In this sample picture, Vendor ID is 1217 and DeviceID is 7130' BUT, the only dropdown option in which I see something similar to this is under 'siblings', yet there is a list of different Vendor and Device numbers, different numbers. I was giving it as an example as this is the example given in the link I put up. If you'll enter the follwning link: you can see it under instruction no. But again, its just an example. Unfortunately I dont know what is my device ID. The things I do know, if it helps, is that when I go into the Unknown device's properties, in the 'Details' tab, when 'Property' reads 'Hardware IDs', then in the 'Value' section it says: 'ACPI SMO8800' and under that it says '.8800'. And in the 'Resources' tab, in the 'Resource Settings' box, under 'Resource type' it says 'IRQ' and under 'Setting' it says '0x00000014 (20)' and here im adding the printscreen of all 4 tabs of the 'Properties' of this Driver: if this gives you any hint as to which driver I should use - great.

Otherwise you saw the printscreen I posted in the last post - maybe there's something I can scroll under 'Property' which can give the info needed? Thanks for your help!
