Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. I am having the same problem with my Saitek Eclipse 3. However I have the driver exe file saved on my computer but I cannot get it to install. Sakar speaker model 2711015.

I have tried changing the compatibility setting but every time I run the file it wont work. It will start to install but then it will ask me to plug in the controllers I want to update but it wont let me click next even when I have the keyboard plugged in. If you would like I could possibly upload the driver file and you could try it. I will try some other things but as of now I don't have it working. Hi Sodak, Thank you for responding.

I would like to inform that the device manufacturer has to release the drivers for latest version of Windows Operating System.
